With a professional background in business,  marketing, and video production, Jamie Goodwick noticed a lack of drone services in the Portland metro area. In 2017, Jamie created PORTLANDRONE®, a drone service company for all aerial imagery needs. Jamie Goodwick is the owner and operator of PORTLANDRONE® and Goodwick Creative Services, LLC.

ChIEF CINEMATOGRAPHER

Scott Bones is an industry veteran who began flying aerials professionally for nationally distributed TV and film in 2013. As one of the few FAA authorized pilots working before the release of modern regulations, Scott helped pioneer drone cinematography. In 2020, following a key union arbitration, he became the first UAV-rooted aerial DP to fly under union cinematographer terms. He continues to work in narrative and industrials of varying scope, specializing in advanced drone support and camera systems.

James, a local and Portland native, has always been fascinated with all things aviation since he was a little boy. Currently an airline pilot flying the Boeing 737 for United Airlines, he is also a drone operator with us at PORTLANDRONE® sharing his love and passion for aviation doing professional aerial work during his days off from the airline flying. 

Ketner Mizee

Cam op / All things tech

Ketner has a love for being creative and telling stories through video. He is passionate about video editing and continuously eager to learn more. He graduated from Corban University with a BA in Media Arts: Film Studies. As a part of his degree, Ketner spent a semester studying at Los Angeles Film Studies Center in Hollywood. He was raised in North Portland and loves experiencing the city through biking and running.

Bryan has a passion for storytelling and loves collaborating with other people to tell their stories. After traveling the country in search of the perfect place to call home, he finally settled in Oregon. His work in the industry has spanned both coasts, living in Los Angeles and New York City. His foundation is a BA in Film and Television from Montana State University, Bozeman and an MA in Screenwriting from California State University, Northridge.
